Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation, please carefully review the reservation instructions, usage guidelines, and refund policy. Reservations will be processed only for those who agree to all the terms and conditions.

  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to these times for the convenience of the next guests. (Early check-in and late check-out are not available.)
  • Check-in will be conducted through a contactless method, and the access code will be sent via text message 1 hour before check-in.
  • Please note that exceeding the maximum occupancy or allowing entry to non-registered guests will result in non-refundable entry denial. *Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The entire space, including outdoor areas (shared garden included), is non-smoking (e-cigarettes included) areas. Violations will incur a special cleaning fee. 
  • Please be aware that due to the European-style plastering , there may be rough surfaces that could scratch clothing. Please take caution, especially when staying with children.
  • When using the private outdoor garden, please wear shoes as the garden boundary is made of iron. If staying with children, we kindly ask parents to accompany them.
  • While we conduct sanitation measures, as this location is close to nature, insects may occasionally enter. Please keep all doors closed. Refunds due to this reason are not possible, so please consider this when making your reservation.
  • The use of open flames, candles, fireworks, or butane gas is strictly prohibited in all areas due to fire risks.
  • Simple cooking is possible, but cooking food that generates heavy smoke or strong odors (such as meat, fish, bean-paste stew, kimchi stew, etc.) or food that requires excessive frying is not allowed. (BBQ option available with extra fee charged.)
  • In the event of significant contamination or damage to indoor/outdoor facilities, bedding, or equipment, a cleaning fee (or replacement cost if cleaning is not possible) will be charged.

If there is any damage to the space or the bedding is contaminated, please be sure to inform us for the sake of the next guests.

  • The attachment of balloons and stickers to walls and windows is prohibited. (This is due to the European-style plastering; Removal may cause damage to the walls.)
  • Commercial usage of photography not pre-agreed upon is not allowed, and the rearrangement of the props and furniture placed in the room is prohibited.
  • The Bluetooth devices set up in the room are connected to the iPad. Connecting own device is not allowed, as there is a risk of damaging the speaker.
  • We are not responsible for accidents involving children or the loss/damage of valuable items due to guest negligence.
  • For the safety and security of guests, CCTV is installed at the entrance and exterior of the space.

Guidelines for Outdoor Jacuzzi Usage:

  • It’s available without any additional charges.
  • Usage is allowed from 15:00 to 21:00, with one session per use before 21:00.
  • In sub-zero weather conditions(Dec-Feb), jacuzzi might not be available as there is a risk of freezing.
  • Please wear swimwear when using the jacuzzi.
  • The use of bath bomb/additives is prohibited as they may cause contamination or clog the drainage (Please use provided bath bomb.) – The same rules apply to the indoor jacuzzi.
  • Unauthorized use of the jacuzzi after 21:00 may lead to boiler overload and potential damage resulting in a risk of malfunction and making the hot water supply unavailable. *Repair costs will be charged in case of damage caused by unauthorized usage.
  • Daily cleaning is done during room preparation, but due to nearby trees, occasional leaves and small dust particles may fall. Please understand this as a natural occurrence (refund due to this is not possible).
  • After using the jacuzzi, please ensure that the valve is tightly closed and drain the water. (There’s a risk of freezing in winter.)
  • For safety, especially when children are using the jacuzzi, it must always be under adult supervision (no jumping). *Responsibility for accidents due to negligence lies with the guest, so please use the facility with caution* 

BBQ Option (Weber Grill: Price 30,000 KRW)

  • There is an additional charge of 30,000 KRW for the Weber Grill (charcoal) BBQ. 
  • With the charcoal option, we provide the grill, charcoal, tongs, and gloves. Everything will be a self-service method including lighting the charcoal.
  • In the event that the BBQ cannot be used due to weather conditions, a refund will be provided.
  • The use of personal stoves or grills is not allowed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be provided based on the following criteria.
  • For bookings involving multiple nights, refunds will be processed based on the ‘check-in date.’
  • Cancellation fees are determined based on the starting date of the check-in date and are not affected by the reservation date.
  • In case of date changes, we kindly ask you to cancel the existing reservation and make a new one. (Please note that fees may apply for reservation changes as well, so please make reservations carefully.)
  • Refunds are not available for date changes caused by weather forecasts. Personal reasons or booking date errors also do not qualify for refunds.
  • Change of Date: up to 11 days before the check-in date.
